Objective: The main compounds in O. aristatus are rosmarinic acid, sinensetin, and eupatorin. Sinensetin acid have the potential as antiviral agents. focus of this research is purple white-purple varieties. This study aimed to determine levels three secondary metabolites aristatus, one specific standardizations.
 Methods: standardization parameters be tested were compound by using thin-layer chromatography densitometry on two varieties aristatus.
 Results: highest value sinensetin variety 0.53 1.32% w/w, respectively. level eupatorin was 0.88% w/w ethanol extract aristatus. more significant leaves than stems. Meanwhile, stems higher significantly different ones. However, (p<0.05) compared variety.
